The Ergonomics Hub from Herman Miller offers you free online ergonomics training that can be completed at your own pace, any time, any place. The first module available is an ‘Introduction to Ergonomics’, which includes information on how to set up a workstation correctly, providing a step-by-step guide on how to adjust the desk, chair and computer screen, in line with current UK legislation. The site will be updated with new modules throughout the year.

The Future of work - How and where will we work in 2030? (Seminar)

This seminar is intended as a thought provoking session which should provide an interesting discussion on the effects of global warming on how and where people will work in the future - concentrating mainly on offices.

Tour of Village Green, Chippenham, Wiltshire: An International HQ Designed by Gensler (Seminar)

This seminar looks at how to create a great place to work. Village Green is an environmentally award winning building designed by Gensler, a leading firm of international architects. A tour of the building will enable a specifier to understand more about the following: the benefits of a good client/designer relationship; the key processes needed to design an environmentally friendly building; the business impact a well designed building can have on a company. Understand more about a naturally ventilated building; learn more about the latest thinking and concepts in today's workplace.
