DURASTEEL® systems have been used successfully for many years, including rail and metro projects, military developments and in commercial, pharmaceutical and petrochemical facilities.

Construction:
- For internal surfaces PROMATECT® 250 boards fixed at 600 mm centres.
- For horizontal jointing boards are fitted with an internal 100 mm x 15 mm PROMATECT® 250 cover strip fixed at both sides of the joint at 250 mm nominal centres.
- Vertical jointing is to coincide with studs.
- DURASTEEL® sheet to be Fixed to PROMATECT® 250 board at 250 mm centres.

Fire resistance:
All boards are rated at 240 minutes resistance for integrity.
