- KB series:

• Features a turnbar housing which reduces lateral load damage.

• Special design of the centre plate offers maximum strength yet minimal interference with pedestrians.

• Joint width: 100 mm (KB-400), 125 mm (KB-500), 150 mm (KB-600), 175 mm (KB-700) or 200 mm (KB-800).

• Exposed width: 286 mm (KB-400), 387 mm (KB-500), 413 mm (KB-600), 489 mm (KB-700) or 514 mm (KB-800).

• Horizontal thermal movement: ±50 mm (KB-400), +100/ -75 mm (KB-500), +85/ -100 mm (KB-600), +140/ -100 mm (KB-700), +115/ -125 mm (KB-800).

• Lateral thermal movement: ±50 mm (KB-400), ±63 mm (KB-500), ±75 mm (KB-600), ±85 mm (KB-700), ±100 mm (KB-800).

• Vertical thermal movement: ±25 mm (all sizes).

- KBW series:

• Floor to wall version of KB.

• Joint width: 100 mm (KBW-400), 125 mm (KBW-500), 150 mm (KBW-600), 175 mm (KBW-700) or 200 mm (KBW-800).

• Exposed width: 193 mm (KBW-400), 257 mm (KBW-500), 283 mm (KBW-600), 333 mm (KBW-700) or 359 mm (KBW-800).

• Horizontal thermal movement: ±25 mm (KBW-400), +70/ -25 mm (KBW-500), +45/ -50 mm (KBW-600), +80/ -35 mm (KBW-700), +55/ -60 mm (KBW-800).

• Lateral thermal movement: ±50 mm (KBW-400), ±63 mm (KBW-500), ±75 mm (KBW-600), ±85 mm (KBW-700), ±100 mm (KBW-800).

• Vertical thermal movement: ±25 mm (all sizes).

- PTC series:

• Allows for significant deflection of the adjacent floor slabs and a variable rotation damper system prevents the cover plate from "flapping" noisily under traffic loads.

• The centre plate is fully interchangeable.

• Joint width: 150 mm (PTC-600), 175 mm (PTC-700), 200 mm (PTC-800), 225 mm (PTC-900) or 250 mm (PTC-1000).

• Exposed width: 499 mm (PTC-600), 524 mm (PTC-700), 550 mm (PTC-800), 575 mm (PTC-900) or 626 mm (PTC-1000).

• Horizontal thermal movement: ±75 mm (PTC-600), ±85 mm (PTC-700), ±100 mm (PTC-800), ±110 mm (PTC-900), ±125 mm (PTC-1000).

• Lateral thermal movement: ±50 mm (all sizes).

• Vertical thermal movement: ±25 mm (all sizes).

• Can be used in seismic areas - larger sizes are also available.

- PTCW series:

• Floor to wall version of PTC.

• Joint width: 150 mm (PTCW-600), 175 mm (PTCW-700), 200 mm (PTCW-800), 225 mm (PTCW-900) or 250 mm (PTCW-1000).

• Exposed width: 381 mm (PTCW-600), 406 mm (PTCW-700), 431 mm (PTCW-800), 457 mm (PTCW-900) or 508 mm (PTCW-1000).

• Horizontal thermal movement: ±75 mm (PTCW-600), ±85 mm (PTCW-700), ±100 mm (PTCW-800), ±110 mm (PTCW-900), ±125 mm (PTCW-1000).

• Lateral and vertical thermal movement: ±25 mm (all sizes).
