Detailed description

Flushjoint is a range of heavy grade extruded aluminium circular and rectangular pipes, with flush spigot joints between pipes and fittings. The Flushjoint rainwater downpipe system has high impact resistance. The material hardness and fixing mechanisms give excellent rigidity.

Flushjoint is available in four standard pipe diameters and three alternative square/ rectangular sections. It can be used with any Alumasc Aluminium Gutter System, providing the girth of the gutter is sufficient to accommodate the cross sectioned area of the pipe. Running outlets are made to order according to choice of gutter and project requirements.

Material:

Extruded aluminium to BS EN 515, BS EN 573, BS EN 755 and BS EN 12020 from grade 6063 T6 alloy. Drift tested at works.

  • Size (external): 100 x 75 mm.
  • Wall thickness: 2.0 mm.

Length: Pipe lengths of 2000 and 3000 mm are available.

Colour/ Finish:

  • Mill finish.
  • Powder coat: Raincote range of factory applied coatings in 16 RAL colours, including 9016m White and 9017m Black. Other colours with a BS or RAL number can be supplied to special order. Consult Alumasc Technical Services for further details.
