Loadings:
– B125, 3 tonne wheel load:
For use in footways, pedestrian areas, car parks, driveways and internal floors.
– C250, 5 tonne wheel load:
For use in roads carrying relatively slow moving traffic, for example, minor residential roads, cul-de-sacs and yards.
– D400, 11.5 tonne wheel load:
For use in power stations, carriageways, hard shoulders and parking areas.
– E600: 20 tonne slow moving wheel load:
For areas imposing high wheel loads, some aircraft pavements, dockyards and other areas where abnormal vehicles may be encountered.
– F900: Wheel loads in excess of 20 tonne:
For areas imposing particularly high wheel loads, aircraft pavements, taxiways, container ports and dockyards.
