Vision panel that uses Eclipse glass technology to change from opaque to clear in less than 0.1 s. Developed to give total unobstructed vision into patient areas whilst maintaining total patient privacy.

Fascia edges:

Fascia edges bevelled to eliminate the risk of ligature attachment, radius corners reduce the risk of self harm and improve the overall appearance.

Electrical supply:

55 V via a concealed door loop from a panel transformer. Controlled by key switch on the front of the unit and via optional patient control (knob turn). Fail safe position is opaque.

Fixing:

Fascia bolts through from the corridor side to the back of the patient side, no fixings visible on the patient side.

Material:

Outer fascia manufactured from 2 mm thick 316 (1.4401) grade stainless steel which is extremely durable and easy to maintain.

Glazing:

10 mm toughened glass both sides of casement, which fits either side of the Eclipse glazing pane is manufactured from two layers of 6 mm toughened glass laminating the switchable film layer.
