Detailed description

Designed to replace an existing lift utilizing KONE's innovative technology which eliminates the counterweight, which is made possible by new roping arrangements, combined with a very compact PowerDisc™ motor.

Without the need for a counterweight, the usable car space in the lift can be increased by up to 50%, or with the same sized car, the MaxiSpace requires a shaft one-third smaller than for a conventional solution. Also requires only a shallow pit, little headroom and no machine room.

Options

Door:

ReNova Slim and KES201 doors are designed for passenger lifts handling medium-intensity traffic. KES600 doors are designed for commercial and mid-rise residential buildings.
