With over 40 years experience of the market and technology leadership for polyurethane systems and specialty elastomers in Europe, BASF Polyurethanes U.K Ltd manufactures, amongst many other innovative PU products, WALLTITE® PU spray foam insulation. WALLTITE is a fast applied spray foam insulation system which, once cured, provides a seamless airtight structure, and significantly lower U-values than many conventional alternatives. The seamless nature of this insulation product not only eliminates air leakage, it overcomes thermal bridging and both surface and interstitial condensation due to its closed cell structure. It is extremely durable, does not deteriorate with age and therefore will perform at the same high level over the life of the structure. The long term energy efficiencies can therefore have a significant effect on reducing fuel bills. WALLTITE has a low thermal conductivity of 0.025 W/mK and needs only a minimal thickness to achieve maximum energy efficiency. WALLTITE is installed by fully trained and BASF approved foam spray contractors and is backed by an in house technical team and on site support.
