upgrade the existing sound
insulation for personal comfort.
Applications All systems offer a
ceiling that meets Building
Regulations Approved Document E
requirements for acoustic insulation.
Maxiboard high performance
acoustic building board
Applications Maxiboard is
designed to reduce the transmission
of sound through floors, ceilings and
walls in both new build and
conversion projects. It may be
applied to existing structures on its
own or on a resilient framework.
Description Maxiboard is a highly
versatile acoustic building board that
also has fire resistant properties.
These enable SRS to offer ceiling
systems that provide ½ and 1 hour
fire ratings. At only 17 mm thick, it
offers maximum acoustic
performance for minimum loss of
room height.
