DESCRIPTION
Fascia soffits
Bailey eaves systems are a
comprehensive range of standard
products with design and construct
architectural features that are both
competitive and of the highest
aesthetic and functional quality.
The designer or contractor can
utilise well-researched and fully
proven components to assemble the
required eaves details or select a
complete system from the range of
modular eaves.
In either case the eaves are
supplied complete with rainwater
systems, where applicable, and all
fixings and carcassing required to
attach to the main building structure,
ensuring a smooth and trouble-free
installation of the eaves detail.
The Bailey Laser-Line one
component carcassing system
enables swift and accurate
alignment resulting in effective and
measurable economies of
installation.
An extensive range of fascia
systems is integratable with cassette
or V-joint soffit systems. This
includes aerofoil, bull-nose, chisel
points and I-line, a channel system
for use as an eaves or elevational
feature. All systems are secret-fixed
and Bailey has the resource to
develop products to meet specific
requirements where quantities are
sufficient to justify this. Off-site
construction principles are well
understood and can be provided for.

These range from traditional
half-round and Victorian ogee
pattern gutters to pressed box
profiles. Four types of downpipes
are offered.
Lined gutter systems
Atlantic Monsoon is a
low-maintenance gutter system for
new build applications. The gutters
have a double security seal at the
joints and are membrane lined to
prevent leakage and promote
smooth rainwater flow. They are
light and easy to handle on-site. The
result is a cost effective factory
fabricated rainwater solution which,
when incorporated into an
aluminium eaves assembly,
combines the benefits of polyolefin
lining with the strength and cost
effectiveness of steel.
Appearance Systems are finished
to the highest quality,
low-maintenance specification with
polyester powder coating, which is
carried out in Bailey's in-house
plant. All systems are supplied to
site complete with all carcassing
and bracketry for securing to the
main building structure, as well as
all fixings, sealants and instructions
necessary to complete the
installation.
Special metallic effects and PVDF
and anodised finishes are available.

SERVICES
Technical support Bailey provides
a comprehensive design and
technical guidance service, from
feasibility stage to final installation.
Pre-tender services include flow
calculations, eaves details, budget
costs and comparisons and
specification writing.
Installation is usually carried out by
a single subcontractor from a list of
recommended and established
operators.
