Hepworth clay drainage
Introduction Wavin offers a
comprehensive range of clay
drainage products under the
Hepworth clay brand, suitable for all
drainage applications. All sealing
rings are EPDM for increased
chemical resistance.
Authority The systems comply with
all the relevant clauses of BS EN 295
and BS 65. Where appropriate the
products also comply with BS EN 124.
DESCRIPTION
SuperSleve HouseDrain 100 mm
is a complete and integrated
drainage system of 100 mm pipes
and fittings designed specifically for
domestic and adoptable installations,
but equally suitable for commercial
and industrial developments.
SuperSleve 150 - 300 mm is a
complete and integrated drainage
system of 150, 225 and 300 mm
pipes, fittings and accessories for
adoptable and housing developments,
as well as commercial and industrial
projects.
HepSeal 400 - 600 mm is a spigot
and socket drainage system utilising
elastomeric seals.

OSMA plastics drainage
Introduction Wavin offers a
comprehensive range of plastic
drainage systems under the OSMA
brand, suitable for most drainage
and sewer applications.
All systems are manufactured from
PVC-U and polypropylene. All
elastomeric seals are manufactured
from synthetic rubber.
Authority The systems comply with
all the relevant clauses of
BS EN 681-1 and BS EN 1401-1.
DESCRIPTION
OsmaDrain 82 - 160 mm
is a complete and integrated
drainage system of pipes and fittings
designed specifically for domestic
installations but equally suitable for
commercial and industrial
developments.
Osma UltraRib 150 - 300 mm
is a complete and integrated
drainage system designed for
commercial, industrial, highway and
sewage installations.
Osma TwinWall 100 - 600 mm
is specifically designed to handle
the collection and disposal of
surface and sub-surface water.
Manufactured from either
polyethylene or polypropylene, the
system is available in diameters
ranging from 100 mm up to 600 mm.
A comprehensive range of fittings
are available in all sizes.

Intesio AquaCell
®
systems
AquaCell systems are a fully tried
and tested modular technique for
managing excessive rainfall. Units
are assembled to create an
underground structure as either
temporary storage tank or soakaway.
There are 3 types of unit:
AquaCell Plus for extra deep
installations and/or inspectability.
AquaCell Core for trafficked
locations.
AquaCell Eco for landscaped and
non-trafficked locations.
For quick, versatile assembly, the
lightweight polypropylene high void
units are securely linked together using
special clips and shear connectors.
They can be assembled quickly on
site into whatever configuration suits
each specific location.
The AquaCell systems also allow
'brickbonding', which can give extra
stability, without the need for
additional connector pieces.
The complete assembly is wrapped
in either geotextile sheet or a
geomembrane. For pervious soils,
the geotextile option allows
infiltration of stormwater into the
surrounding ground. For impervious
ground (e.g. clay) or where
infiltration is not desirable, the
geomembrane holds stormwater in
temporary storage until local
drainage flows can accept it for
normal disposal.
AquaCell systems contribute the
following benefits:

Intesio HD-PE channel drain
As part of the Intesio water
management solutions range, Wavin
have introduced an innovative range
of channels, manufactured from
recycled HDPE (High Density
Polyethylene).
Available in three ranges, SKIP, VIP
and WING, the Intesio Channel
Drainage System can be used with
a variety of gratings to suit your
application and loading requirements.
The system is both lightweight and
durable and offers faster installation
on site. The ranges have been
independently certified in
accordance with EN 1433.
Intesio channel drainage offers a
solution to surface water
transportation for either disposal or
reuse, and can be used in
conjunction with other products in
the Intesio range to create a
complete water management
solution.
Intesio large diameter pipes
Weholite is a range of large
diameter gravity/low pressure
structural wall pipes manufactured
from a special HDPE (High Density
Polyethylene) resin. Weholite pipe
represents the latest advances in
both material and manufacturing
technology. It's special structure can
offer a range of pipe sizes and ring
stiffnesses, depending on the
requirement. The lightweight yet
robust pipes can be used in various
applications. Weholite pipes can be
used in conjunction with the
AquaCell modular system to provide
stormwater attenuation systems for a
wide range of civil, commercial,
industrial and housing projects.
Intesio oil separation systems
Due to the special modular nature of
the Intesio oil separation system,
the oil separation chamber can be
designed/installed in such a way as
to be fully compliant with the
requirements of the Environment
Agency's PPG3 and European
Standard BS EN 858-1 for both 'Full
Retention' and 'By-Pass' separators.
