developed its range of technically 
leading Colorcoat

steel products. All are comprehensively 
tested and manufactured to the 
highest quality standards.

health buildings in all locations.
Authority  Manufacture and testing 
is quality assured to BS EN ISO 
9001. The company is a UK Green 
Building Council member and is 
certified to ISO 14001 and BES 
6001 for responsible sourcing.
Green issues  All products are fully 
recyclable at the end of life. The 
manufacture of Colorcoat

® 

products 

uses recycled steel scrap and is 
efficient with the reduced use of gas

Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra

combined guarantee which covers 
the performance of the Colorcoat

pre-finished steel products and the 
carbon neutrality of the pre-finished

of life, reuse, disposal and recycling 
of the pre-finished steel, cladding,

Both products use an optimised 
Galvalloy

 substrate which 

comprises a hot dip metallic coating 
on a 95% zinc and 5% aluminium 
alloy produced to BS EN 10346.

Ultra

 is offered in forty standard 

colours in the Signature range of 
subtle, natural tones, the Classics 
range of popular, strong colours, 
and two matt colours with <15% 
gloss level.

Tata Steel

 is available in a 

range of metallic, solid and matt 
colours with a smooth texture. For 
both products almost any solid 
colour from RAL, NCS, BS ranges 
and from physical samples can be 
matched via Repertoire

Weather  Results from accelerated 
weathering tests (UV-A) for 
Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra

 in 

accordance with EN 13523: Part 10 
show minimum loss of colour and 
gloss and no breakdown of the 
coating after exposure for 6000 hours.

requirements of Class 0. Systems 
used for roofing should achieve a
