DESCRIPTION
New build systems Swistherm is
a thin-coat solid wall insulation
system. Insulation slabs are
mechanically and adhesively fixed
direct to a continuous substrate and
are then faced with silicone or
mineral renders. Natural cork
insulation, when used with the
system, provides a low carbon,
energy efficient solution.
Swisrail is a thin-coat insulated
render system specifically designed
for use on framed buildings subject
to NHBC approval. The system
incorporates a series of steel rails
and channels to provide a 25 mm
drained cavity between the
insulation. Available with a choice of
insulation and silicone or mineral
render finishes.
Refurbishment systems Swisslab
is one of the market-leading solid
wall insulation systems for
overcladding existing properties.
Extensively used to upgrade social
housing, Swisslab strongly
contributes to urban regeneration.
Insulation materials are
mechanically fixed direct to a
continuous substrate and are faced
with M.R. Polymer modified renders
for a traditional appearance, or
silicone or mineral renders for a
contemporary look.
Swisspan is used to overclad
existing properties where
possibilities for mechanical fixing
are restricted to structural elements.
Swisspan is typically used on
structural frames with
non-loadbearing steel or concrete
infill panels and non-traditional
house types such as Airey Duo
Slab, BISF, Cornish, Crudens and
Unity. Insulation is mechanically
fixed to a galvanized steel horizontal
support rail system that spans

Render finishes
ST Silicone Renders are high
performance, through-coloured
renders available in a wide range of
colours and textures.
ST Mineral Renders is a natural,
textured white range that can be
over-painted with Alumasc silicone
façade paint.
M.R. S7 and S5 Dashing Render
are one-coat polymer cement
dashing renders available in seven
standard colours for use with a
choice of aggregate dash finishes.
M.R. S4 Plain Render is a
one-coat, polymer modified system,
ideal for large elevations and feature
bands. Available in seven standard
colours which are overpainted with
M.R. S6 masonry paint. Can also
be top coated with Silkolitt silicone
render.
M.R. Rendabrick is a three-coat,
simulated brick effect render used to
match existing brickwork or create
new effects and details. Choice of
two mortar and two brick colours.
Brick slips
Alumasc traditional brick slips
offer an easy to apply, high impact
performance finish where the use of
real bricks would not be viable.
Alumasc acrylic brick slips are a
lightweight alternative, suitable for
high rise applications.
Decorative coatings
M.R. S6 masonry paint is a
polymer-based coating available in
18 standard colours.
Silicone façade paint is a high
specification paint with water
repellent and self-cleansing
properties with 400 colour options
