SHEETROCK

Applications SHEETROCK
interior surface finishing systems
are suitable for use on interior
surfaces of drywall, blockwork and
concrete.
Description SHEETROCK
interior surface finishing systems
provide the highest level 5 finish,
giving a perfectly flat uniform
surface. The system comprises
3 components all of which are
applied by airless spray, usually in a
single coat. Drying time for complete
application is within 4 days.
SHEETROCK ProSpray or
Compound S is applied on suitably
prepared surfaces. It is a
ready-mixed, high performance,
vinyl-polymer based, skim coating
applied by airless spray. It is
supplied tinted to ensure optimum
finishing by one of the following
products.
SHEETROCK TUFF-HIDE
TM
primer-surfacer is a dual-purpose,
vinyl acrylic, latex-based coating
designed especially for interior
application over new drywalls and
producing a durable decorated
surface.
SHEETROCK RediWall Finisher
provides a fully decorated surface.
It is available in a durable matt white
or magnolia finish as standard, and
in a range of other colours and silk
finishes to special order.
Silver technology can be added to
protect the surface and help prevent
the spread of bacteria such as
MRSA, E-coli, Legionella,
Pseudomonas and Salmonella.
RediWall is ideally suited for large
fast track projects, and provides a
cost-effective, durable surface with
up to 50% time saving in application
against traditional plaster based
finishes.
Accessories Associated products
comprise joint compounds, bead
and trim, joint tape, tape-on corners.
A range of appropriate tools is also
offered.
Sitework SHEETROCK interior
surface finishing systems are
applied by USG trained and
approved contractors.
