Composition, manufacture
Tarasafe comprises a PVC wear
layer, deeply inlaid mineral crystal
particles and coloured chips for a
decorative design. Reinforced with a
glass fibre grid in sheet form, it is
treated with Sanosol
antibacterial
and fungicidal additive. Tarasafe
Geo, Style, Ultra, Ultra Comfort and
Uni are also surface treated with
SparClean. Ultra Comfort has a
VHD closed cell foam backing giving
sound insulation of 16 dB.

Multi-layered flooring
Description Gerflor offers a wide
choice of multi-layered vinyl
floorcoverings available in sheet and
tile formats. They offer extreme
durability, excellent hygiene
properties and chemical and stain
resistance and are Sanosol and
Protecsol treated, Group T abrasion
rated and easy to install.

Taralay Premium is easy to
maintain, with bold and stylish
colours including metallic effects.
The Comfort option has excellent
acoustic and shock absorption.
The Compact option has resistance
to static and dynamic loads.
Taralay Impression (Compact and
Comfort versions available) is

Taralay Initial has excellent sound

Nera Contract wood is for normal to
high traffic applications and has

Luxury vinyl tiles and planks

The Creation Clic System, Creation,
Insight and Artline floorcovering
ranges are highly realistic wood and
mineral effect PVC tiles and planks,
designed for high traffic wear in
public commercial spaces and also
suitable for domestic applications.
With patented surface protection
(PUR) that ensures easy life long
maintenance and no need for initial
polishes, the ranges are highly
durable and environmentally friendly
providing excellent resistance to
scuffing and staining.
Creation Clic System is a luxury
loose lay wood effect vinyl plank
system with Gerflor's unique
interlocking technology. This offers
the benefit of reduced downtime, as
installation by simply tapping planks
into place is easy, quick and saves
on costs. They require no adhesives
and individual planks can be easily
replaced. Minimum sub-floor
preparation is required and, thus,

®
is a
UV-cured polyurethane surface
treatment that is factory applied. It
protects the floorcovering and
eliminates the need for subsequent
seals, polishes and emulsion
dressings during the life of the
product to which it is applied.
Sanosol

is a fungistatic and
bacteriostatic treatment applied to
foam backings. It inhibits the growth
of micro-organisms between the
subfloor and floorcovering.
SparClean
®
is a permanent surface
treatment that gives extreme
resistance to soiling and staining,
excellent resistance to chemicals
and ensures long term durability.
D-Max
TM
is a multi-layer surface for
sports flooring. It has ideal

Taraflex Sport Performance M50
Surface is a P2 category flooring
that provides optimal safety; has
35 - 45% shock absorption and
vertical deformation < 3.0 mm; of
9 mm depth.
Taraflex Sport M Evolution is a

comprise versatile, decorative,
flexible, antistatic, abrasion Group T

Realistic designs have embossed/
grained finishes with colour
coordinated collections. They
comprise a transparent 0.7 mm
wear layer, a design film and a
compact underlayer with an overall
thickness of 2.5 mm (Wood), 2 mm
(Mineral) and 2.4 mm (Slate).
Insight Wood, Mineral and Urban
ranges are suitable for enhancing
the look and feel of interior spaces
ideally in retail, hotel, leisure, office
and housing environments. They
comprise synthetic, decorative,
flexible, antistatic, abrasion, Group
T floorcoverings in tile or plank form
with bevelled edges. Available in a
wide choice of colours, they have a
transparent 0.55 mm wear layer, a
design film and a compact
underlayer with an overall thickness
of 2.5 mm.
Artline Wood and Mineral are
suitable for domestic and light
contract applications. They comprise
floorcoverings of synthetic, flexible,
decorative, antistatic, abrasion
Group T tiles and planks without
bevelled edges. They have a
transparent wear layer 0.3 mm thick,
a design film and compact
underlayer with an overall thickness
of 2 mm.
Fast track loose lay
Applications and description
A choice of fast track loose lay tiles
is offered.
Saga 2 tiles are suitable for heavy
traffic areas in commercial and
public sector buildings and on raised
access floors. Its PVC and cork
foam backing ensures tiles are quiet
and comfortable underfoot and the
smooth Protecsol (polyurethane)
treated surface is easy to maintain,
highly stain resistant and offers
maximum hygiene.
Attraction tiles are suitable for heavy
traffic applications and can
overcome moisture related sub-floor
problems. Tiles have interlocking
edges and are offered in a wide
contemporary and natural colour
palette with 20 colourways and
2 designs.
GTI tiles are suitable for extreme
heavy-duty applications being
resistant to industrial traffic,
including fork lift trucks. Tiles have
interlocking edges and R10 slip
resistant surface rating.
Residential flooring
Agrippa range of foam-backed sheet
flooring is slip resistant with R10
rated PureClean varnish, hygienic
and easy to clean. Flooring
comprises a wear layer, glass fibre
interlayer & compact foam backing
which gives 19 dB sound insulating.
Agrippa Mineral has 12 stone, tile &
ceramic all-over designs, Agrippa
Woods has 12 timber designs.
Ceramitex and Timbertex ranges
comprise textile-backed tiles which
have an anti-slip GripX surface with
R10 rating, an interlayer and a
polyester textile backing. They offer
15 dB sound insulation. Both
Ceramitex and Timbertex have
16 nature-inspired designs.
The Griptex range of textile-backed
tiles has an anti-slip GripX surface
with R10 rating, a glass fibre
interlayer and a polyester textile
backing. They offer 16 dB sound
insulation. It is a collection of 18
classic tiles and woods, Griptex II
has 20 modern woods, tiles & colours
and Griptex Palette has 12 plain and
all-over patterns and colourways.
Easitex (new in Summer 2011) is a
vinyl flooring with a thick textile
underlay that can be loose-laid with
no glues or adhesives on areas up
to 35m
2
. It requires no sub-floor
preparation. Thickness is 4.2 mm,
the easy to clean PU surface has
R10 slip resistant finish and a water
resistant interlayer is resistant to RH
of up to 90%. Underlay contains
50% recycled materials and is 100%
recyclable. Easitex offers 20 dB
sound insulation. Rolls are of 20 m
length and widths of 2, 3 and 4 m.
A 15 year guarantee is offered.
DLW Linoleum
Applications and description
DLW linoleum is suitable for many
uses including schools and offices.
It is available with PUR Eco System
and LPX finish surface treatments
and in a wide range of colours. The
DLW Marmorette range is available
in Acoustic (14 dB) and Acoustic
Plus (18 dB) versions.
