protection and durability on external walls and are largely based on water-based and solvent-free technology.

Product approvals are available for
fire classification ratings, drinking
water and shatter resistance.
DESCRIPTION
The wall protection range includes
water-based polyurethane and
epoxy coatings which offer high
performance and long-term
durability. They are designed to
withstand the harshest of industrial
and commercial environments and
cleaning processes, and can safely
encapsulate asbestos and lead
paint. Coatings comprise:
- Anti-graffiti wall coating AG 845
- Clear waterproof coating WP880
- Urethane coating PU 846 for
plastic coated metal sheet
- Encapsulation coating Polynox
136 for previously painted plastic
coated metal sheet
- Urethane coating UV 840,
anti-graffiti for plastic coated metal
sheet
- External wall coating FP 812 for
rendered surfaces
- Urethane glass coating 605
anti-shatter system

Appearance A wide range of
colours and gloss levels is available
including clear systems that do not
affect the appearance of the
substrate. Colours can be
manufactured to client's
requirements and matched to
colours from the RAL and British
Standard ranges (subject to
minimum order quantities).
PERFORMANCE
Weather All coatings are entirely
weatherproof.
Mechanics All coatings are impact
resistant.
Fire When tested to BS 476
coatings are rated fire resistant.
Gases Coatings are micro-porous,
thus allowing the building to breathe.
Biological Coatings have a tough
finish that is easily cleaned and,
therefore, does not support the
growth of mould and bacteria.
Pollution Coatings are resistant to
environmental pollutants such as
airborne vehicular exhaust gases,
acid rain and dust debris. They offer
good anti-carbonation properties.
Light Coatings are UV stable with
no chalking and resistant to sunlight.
Durability Systems offer a
10 years Life to First Maintenance.
