DESCRIPTION
Gullies and channels
Stainless steel channel ACO's
channel options include a wide
variety of lengths, inverts and
grating styles with 100 mm bore
off-the-shelf. Standard product is
certified to BS EN 1433. Bespoke
designs, including radius channels,
are available to client specification.
Stainless steel gullies Manufactured in
either 304 or 316 grades of stainless
steel, ACO has hundreds of options
to suit almost any specification,
where necessary bespoke
alternatives can be designed.
Fire prevention technology The
company's new advanced floor
drainage system, Selecta, features
patented fire prevention technology,
stainless steel and copper alloy
grating choice, with application
specific design options.
Access covers
New range of aluminium recessed
covers in 18 standard sizes with
double seals up to FACTA Load
Class B, plus stainless steel and
polymer hybrid covers manufactured
up to FACTA LOAD Class E.
Pipe
Stainless steel and galvanised steel
pipe ACO provides an economic
alternative to cast iron that is more
robust than PVC-U, available in
standard pipe sizes featuring
easy-to-assemble push-on fittings.
Wall penetration wall seal Provides
water and gas tight pipe penetration
for industrial and commercial
applications.
Roof and balcony
Rainwater outlets ACO's roof
outlets are suitable for flat or low
pitch roofs. A watertight joint is
produced by clamping the
membrane to the body.
FreeDeck is an advanced roof and
balcony drainage system providing
level access balcony, terrace, and
flat roof drainage where subsurface
drainage is required. FreeDeck has
a perforated side wall system that
integrates with ACO Roof Drain.
Wet room
ShowerDrain is a range of channel
and gully systems ideal for wet room
applications. Channels are 700 to
1200 mm in length with six grating
designs. Gullies are available with
horizontal or vertical outlets and ten
grating options. Both systems are
suitable for tile and flexible floor
finishes.
Backflow prevention
The ACO Anti-Flood system
features automatic and emergency
closure devices, providing protection
against sewage backflow into areas
threatened by drain surcharge. It
caters for non-faecal and faecal
waters with motorised units that can
be easily integrated into building
management systems.
Grease management
Automatically dosed biological traps
For above and below-ground
applications in stainless steel and
polypropylene up to FACTA Load
Class D 400, suitable for 10 to 1000
meals per day.
Gravity grease separators Tested
to BS EN 1825, the range includes
the economical ECO-FPI which
does not require a concrete surround.
Available for Load Class A - D
applications. Above-ground units
include Ecojet; an oval two-piece
construction to make installation in
confined areas possible. The
Hydrojet range offers the user
advanced levels of automated
maintenance, including on-board
disposal pumps and high pressure
cleaning.
