NTech 0.7 Three Handled Tilt &
Turn inward opening and fixed
light windows
Description Seven locking points
ensure that the sash is tightly closed
against the gasket, making the
window both secure and extremely
weathertight. A metal restrictor stay
is fitted, as standard, adjacent to the
side handle. An alternative high
density polymer child restrictor is
available to order. Options include:
- Aluminium cladding that increases
the life-span of the window and
reduces maintenance costs
- Integrated overlay system
- Mullions and transoms
- Removable and locking handles
- Additional restrictor stays
- Multi-sash and combination
windows (fixed and opening lights)
all in one frame
- Fixed light: custom made angled
shapes

NTech 0.9 Top Swing Reversible
windows: Classic and Opus
models
Description The Classic window
uses a solid external hinge
mechanism. The Opus window has
an external hinge mechanism,
semi-concealed from the outside.
Options include:
- A trickle vent that is independent
of the sash and operates when the
window is securely closed; it is
integral to the ventilation system
and has no external vent hood
- Aluminium cladding that increases
the life-span of the window and
reduces maintenance costs
- Mullions and transoms
- Locking handles
- Additional restrictor stays
- Multi-sash and combination
windows (with fixed and opening
lights all in one frame)

windows comprise a 105 mm deep
frame and 80 mm sash.

NTech 1.2 windows
Description Three handled tilt &
turn and sash & case look-alike
inward opening windows have
seven locking points that ensure
that the sash is tightly closed
against the gasket, making the
window both secure and extremely
weathertight. A metal restrictor stay
is standard and fitted adjacent to the
side handle. An alternative high
density polymer child restrictor is
available to order.
Opus top swing reversible window
has an external hinge mechanism
semi-concealed from the outside.
Classic top swing reversible window
has an solid external hinge
mechanism.
Side swing reversible outward
opening windows have cantilevered
stays located in the top and bottom
of the sash. They are opened by
means of a single handle operating
an espagnolette located in the jamb
which engages with keepers in the
frame.
Fixed lights are available in
custom-made angled shapes.
Options over the range (not for
every window type) include:
- A trickle vent that is independent
of the sash and operates when the

INFORMATION COMMON TO ALL
WINDOWS
Composition, manufacture All
timber is double vacuum impregnated.
NTech 0.7 and 0.9 windows include
triple glazed ES 4 mm/16 mm argon/
4 mm/16 mm argon/ES 4 mm
sealed units; NTech 1.2 windows
include double glazed 6 mm/16 mm
argon/ES 4 mm sealed units.
Other glazing options are available.
Warm edge technology is employed
in the spacer bars to improve the
thermal efficiency of the sealed unit.

depend on the weight of the glazing:

Appearance Windows, optionally,
and cladding can be powder coated
from any colour in the classic RAL
range.
