Bilco floor access covers provide convenient and direct access to underground areas. They are easily removed/operated and may be reinforced to satisfy many loading requirements including pedestrian. Covers accept a wide variety of floor materials allowing them to be virtually unnoticed in the surrounding floor. The range includes: (1) pan covers in 4 depths with a hinged version that offers lift assistance for applications that require regular opening, (2) lift-off models with the Golden Key Lift-Off system where the cover seal can be broken to allow it to be easily removed from the frame, (3) IBS-certified fire resistant covers, (4) insulated access covers, (5) metal plate covers and (6) sealed duct covers.
