It can be used for the priming of concrete, blockwork, brick, old bitumen coatings and most other non-solvent sensitive substrates. This rapid-drying primer penetrates the surface of concrete joint faces so as to provide a water barrier. It dries to form a surface coating which seals the substrate/sealant interface, and creates an adhesive bond. It provides a watertight joint between pre-cast concrete sections, which is flexible and resistant to internal and external hydrostatic pressure. It is also resistant to sulphates, acids, alkalis, salts, grease, sewage, groundwater, micro-organisms and penetration by roots.
