1. Insect Mesh - Narrow rolls ideal for Soffits & Cladding

Standard Insect Mesh is made from woven fibreglass yarn, coated in grey or
black PVC. (Rodent mesh is made from stainless steel)
The 45-50 metre long rolls are available in a range of widths from 50mm to
300mm (see price list for more details).
Stainless Steel meshes are also available. Rolls are 30 metres long, the widths
range from 75mm to 200mm (see below).
In door and window screens Insect Mesh is unobtrusive allowing light and
fresh air into a room with minimal obstruction to the view.
Soffit & Cladding Mesh is specified to keep insects out of the gap between external
cladding and the main building structure, also from soffits and loft spaces;
anywhere that requires a free flow of air without the risk of insects gaining
access.
2. Insect Mesh - from 1200mm wide

Standard Insect Mesh is made from woven fibreglass yarn, coated in PVC.
It is available in a range of gauges from standard 18x16 to close weave
20x30 gauge.
Commercial Insect Mesh is made from woven polyester yarn, coated in
PVC. It is thicker and tougher than standard mesh and is available in 17x14
gauge.
Aluminium & Stainless Steel meshes are also available.
Insect Mesh is normally available in either grey or black.
Roll width is normally 1200mm but some meshes are available in wider
rolls.
Mesh can be bought by the metre, subject to a minimum quantity, or by
the whole roll.
Insect Mesh allows natural ventilation, light and provides effective protection
from flying insects with minimal obstruction to the view.
Aluminium Hinged Door Screen - Commercial

Robust, elegant hinged door screen, which face fits inside or outside, to existing
frame or to the wall outside the reveal. If your door opens out the screen will be
fitted on the inside and visa versa.
Powder coated aluminium frame in white.
Suitable for all domestic, office, commercial and most industrial uses comes
with a single midbar and a kick plate at the bottom to protect the mesh.
A push plate can be fitted in the middle of the door to make it more robust for
busy commercial use. Supplied with a spring closer.
Easy access through the doorway.
Available as Made-to-measure up to a maximum size of 1300mm wide x 2400mm
high or a DIY Kit to make a screen up to a
maximum size 1000mm wide x 2150mm high.
Aluminium Hinged Door Screen - Domestic

Elegant hinged door screen, which face fits, inside or outside to existing frame, or
to the wall outside the reveal. If your door opens out the screen will be fitted on
the inside and visa versa.
White powder coated aluminium, with grey insect mesh as standard.
Supplied with a single midbar and a kick plate at the bottom to protect the mesh.
Although this is a budget solution suitable for light domestic use the powder
coated aluminium profile is of high quality and will be suitable for most home use.
Easy access through the doorway.
Made-to-measure (supplied ready for you to fit) or DIY Kit (experience required).
Maximum size 920mm wide x 2100mm high.

Flyscreen Roller Door - Wind Resistant - Side Mounted

Reveal fits inside or outside. If your door opens outwards the screen will be
fitted on the inside and vice versa. Suitable for single doors only.
The screen is extended - pulled across - using a handle on the profile and is held
in place by a magnetic strip.
Maximum size for single roller door, 1500mm wide x 2200mm high.
Grey insect mesh only.
Anti-wind brush strips hold the mesh firmly in the top and bottom tracks even in
windy conditions, making this our most robust roller screen.
Mesh screen retracts smoothly into its cartridge when not in use.

Flyscreen Roller Door Screen - S700 - Side Mounted

Face fits, onto the door frame, sub frame, or the wall outside the reveal.
The cartridge fits down one side of the aperture and sections of track fit across
the top and bottom.
The fly screen mesh is extended using a handle on the edge of the mesh, and
releases easily to roll back smoothly into the cartridge when not needed.
When the mesh is extended across it is held in place by a magnetic catch which
fits on the opposite side to the cartridge.
For wider openings two screens can be used, meeting in the middle. Cartridge and side tracks in white powder coated aluminium. Black pvc coated fibreglass insect mesh.
Maximum size for single roller 1100mm wide x 2350mm high,
for double roller 2200mm wide x 2350mm
Flyscreen Roller Window and Door Screens - Wind Resistant - Top Mounted

Fits either inside or outside. If your window or door opens outwards the screen will be
fitted on the inside and vice versa.
Window screens can be Reveal fitted or Face fitted to the existing frame or to the wall
outside the Reveal.
Door screens can only be Reveal fitted, in order to allow chain operation from both
sides.
Windows fitted inside are operated with a spring assisted chain.
Windows fitted externally are operated with a pull cord and a bottom bar.
The screen is easy to release and rolls back smoothly into its cartridge.
Cartridge and side tracks in white powder coated aluminium.
Minimum width available 520mm. Maximum recommended size 2000mm wide x 2480mm

Magnetic Flyscreen Screen for Windows

The PVC frame face fits onto the window frame with self adhesive fixing
pads. Suitable for outward opening windows.
The insect mesh is attached to the PVC frame by a Magnetic Strip; the
mesh is peeled back to open and close the window.
Grey insect mesh as standard. These frames can also be fitted with
20x30 gauge midge mesh.
Unique magnetic design allows easy access to open and close windows.
At manufacture the frame can be built up with additional frame sections
to clear protruding handles.

PVC Strip Curtain

A PVC strip curtain is a great way of stopping flies enter a food preparation area.
This will still give good light and air flow to the kitchen and still be accessible.
This is mainly used in a commercial premises.
Roller Window Fly Screen - S700
