Dublin Airport Terminal 2: Fabric Architecture Installs 27,000 sqm of Fabric in Dublin Terminal 2 Using a Pioneering New System: ArchiClad
Case Study
Dublin Terminal 2 was designed with travelers in mind. Every aspect of the architecture, from floor to ceiling adds to the relaxed and ultra modern feel. Pascall & Watson worked to Fabric Architecture to create a bespoke fabric ceiling system which was to be the one constant interior feature, accentuated with two iconic fan vaults. The design solution is Fabric Architectures’ new ArchiClad system. ArchiClad is a fully modular system with the flexibility to be applied both vertically and horizontally. Over 27,000 sqm of tensile mesh fabric ceiling panels were installed throughout double curvature shape of the terminal.
