Sealmaster FireGlaze is a range of intumescent seal systems for glazed screens and fire doors with glazed apertures. FireGlaze 2000 was the first intumescent system to offer 60 minutes fire resistance for glazed screens in softwood timber frames. FireGlaze Compound was the first to offer 30 minutes fire resistance with a butt jointed glazed screen i.e. eliminating the need for mullions. Even 30 and 60 minutes fire resisting Georgian style glazed screens are possible using the FireGlaze GB15 intumescent strip.
