Planet Platforms was incorporated in 1977 at premises in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. Over a number of years the company has established itself as a reputable designer, manufacturer and supplier of standard and specialised access products and machined parts to companies throughout the UK. Further commitment and investment has been made on a continuing basis, so that in 1991 the company achieved accreditation to BS ISO 9001:2000. In 2007 Planet Platforms we awarded UK Master Distributor status for the INSTANT UpRight range of access products, including the Spandeck Walkway range.
