Playrite is a trading division of National Floorcoverings Ltd, a privately owned UK Company which also includes Heckmondwike FB, a leader in the manufacturing of contract carpet to the education sector. Playrite was established as a standalone division in 1991 manufacturing needlepunch and woven surfaces for sport and in 2004 Playrite invested in a tufting machine to become the only UK Company with the capability to manufacture woven, tufted and needlepunch surfaces for the sport and leisure industry. All surfaces are manufactured on our West Yorkshire site and carry full accreditation of the quality standards ISO9001 and the environmental management standards ISO14001. Playrite surfaces are not just supplied in the UK but are exported within Europe, Australia, Canada, Turkey and most recently to India for the Commonwealth Games.
