Saxton Parade is a £32m mixed tenure residential development on the outskirts of Leeds. The large deck areas were in need of a waterproofing solution that could be installed in a short period of time, due to the wet weather of 2010. RIW's Technical Advisor recommended a combination of products - RIW Cementseal, RIW Cementflex and RIW Flexiseal - providing both robust abrasion resistant properties and high performance flexibility.
