Bailey System 5000 comprises of a single layer, flame free felt waterproofing system, installed using hot air, totally eliminating fire risk and providing a bituminous alternative to single ply membranes. System 5000 with its traditional mineral finish offers many benefits being rapid, safe and clean to install and suitable for use in warm and cold roof constructions on new build and refurbishment (Inc overlay) projects.
