The Elite Stairway

The Elite stairway is strong & well crafted with low maintenance & excellent durability. It is supplied ready fitted to a plywood back board or with an accessory hinge for fitting behind a vertical door. The counter-balance spring is ready fitted for easy operation and, similarly, non slip treads are a standard feature. However, this stairway is not fitted with a trap door or casing. The backboard, which may be trimmed if required, is fixed to its selected position with screws. The Elite stairway can be supplied with a telescopic handrail but this requires a ceiling opening of at least 1 metre. Four models are offered for maximum ceiling heights of 2500 mm, 2790 mm, 3090 mm and 3390 mm.
