All our Engineered wood flooring can be used over any underfloor heating system. The importance of controlling the surface temperature cannot be emphasised enough and the subfloor that the floor will be fixed to must meet industry standards. We have a timetable to be adhered to including commissioning the UFH system as well as acclimatisation of hardwood flooring, methods of installing the wood floor and ongoing maintenance. We have listed potential pitfalls with underfloor heating and wood flooring as well as various options for installation. We have tested gluing our engineered flooring directly to spreader plates which can be done with structural wood floors.
