Stylite Gridboard insulation for use with underfloor heating systems, which provides excellent thermal and compressive values with quick and easy installation.

It is suitable for use on all projects, from small to large. Laminated to each board is a grid patterned layer of woven polypropylene; the grid provides a visual guide when laying underfloor heating pipes. The grid system is laid out in increments of 50 mm allowing for the placement of different size pipes when choosing pipe centres. The split woven membrane acts as a vapour protection layer as well as a secure fixing base for pipe fixtures. The membrane has an overhang on one side so the grid can be sealed to ensure no ingress of screed.

Expanded polystyrene is compatible with most chemicals and materials. It is rot proof and durable, and will remain effective as an insulation for the life of the construction; it is not affected by bacteria, moulds or fungi and will not provide nutrient value for insects or vermin.
