Concrete cellular facing blocks with enhanced acoustic properties; sound reverberation cancellation is based on the Helmholst resonator principle. They have been specifically designed to reduce noise reverberation in both internal and external applications, giving acoustic clarity to speech and reducing noise levels of machinery, plantrooms, transport loading yards and sports hall noise, etc. The product manufacture has ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditation.
Typical applications:
Ideal for use in sports halls, swimming pools, gymnasiums, public halls and lecture theatres. Also loading bays, anaerobic digesters, plant rooms, factories, external road and railway/ road sound barriers, bus stations, train stations, road and rail tunnels.

Colinwell Standard Blocks and Acousta Tex Blocks:
Available in the same sizes and colour options and can be used in conjunction with EchoCheck blocks for continuity of finish. Acousta Tex blocks have enhanced acoustic properties at the higher sound frequencies due to a specific textured finish.
Consult Oscar Acoustics for the acoustic properties of Acousta Tex blocks.
