Synko-Flex:

A unique non-expanding adhesive water stop that bonds to existing concrete surfaces and fuses with fresh concrete during the curing process. It creates a permanent seal which is resistant to acids, alkalis, silage and salt water. It can therefore be applied to existing concrete and scabbled surfaces, around through-wall pipes and fittings, in and around sewerage and silage environments and to protect reinforcement. Unlike hydrophilic expanding water stops, Synko-Flex is unaffected by rain, snow, ground water or water on-site.

  • Eliminates split forming, wiring to rebar, heat welding of splices.
  • Unaffected by rain or moisture during installation.
  • Offers excellent chemical resistance.
  • Bonds to most substrates.
  • Unaffected by cyclic wetting and drying.

Synko-Flex FR:

Provides a water-tight seal around cold joints in concrete structures exposed to hydrocarbon liquids. Designed for ease of use, it is a preformed adhesive that may also be used to seal around concrete, steel, PVC or HDPE pipe penetrations through concrete walls or floor slabs.

  • Self-sealing, non-swelling preformed joint sealant; eliminates split forming, wiring to rebar, heat welding of splices.
  • Unaffected by rain or moisture during installation.
  • Offers excellent chemical resistance.
  • Bonds to most substrates.
  • Requires less cover than expanding water stops and will not damage the concrete.
