Traditional flush timber casement windows with smooth lines, available Secured by Design (SBD) certified. The flush casement timber windows open outwards and can be top or side hung. They can also be supplied fully reversible to enable external glass to be cleaned safely from inside the building, suitable for high-rise developments.
Four glass options are available, mounted in hardwood or softwood frames. Double and triple glazing is available. With double gasketing, weather containment is assured, and beading is mounted internally to enhance security.

56 x 90 mm (w x d), manufactured using mortise and tenon joints, glued and mechanically fixed.

Mechanism:
Sashes are hung and operated on the friction hinges and locked by espagnolette locking system.

The window is fully weather sealed to BS EN 6375-1.

- U-value (to BS EN ISO 10077-1): ≥1.2 W/m²K.
- Air permeability (to EN 1026:2000): Class 2.
- Water tightness (to EN 1027:2000): Class 7A.
- Wind resistance (to EN 12211:2000): Class C5.
