Floor expansion joint systems which help to protect buildings from natural shifting and movement.

104, 106 and J151 Series:

J55 Series:

  • Continuous aluminium sides with integral movement seal.
  • Thin, low profile control joint.
  • Designed with a narrow surface profile to minimize the visual sightline and avoid design interruptions.
  • Core material is manufactured from durable and UV resistant Santoprene®.
  • Movement capability of ±1 mm.

223 Series:

  • Recessed cover plate accepts 9 mm flooring, minimizing the system sightline.
  • Dual durometer seal provides secure fit and optimal flexibility.
  • Seals absorb limited serviceable seismic movement.
  • Snap-fit design for easy on-site installation.
  • Movement capability of ±25%.
  • Can be used in joint widths between 50-150 mm.

300 Series:

  • Manufactured with a 'no-bump' configuration.
  • Gasketed to eliminate transition rattle.
  • The recessed frame can accommodate various floor finishes.
  • Movement capacity of 50–100% (dependent on system type).
  • Can be used in joint widths between 25–100 mm.
  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant.

430 and 432 Series (recessed mount):

  • Manufactured with a 'no-bump' configuration without side gaps which would usually trap dirt and debris.
  • Accommodates horizontal, vertical and shear seismic movement.
  • Reduced sightlines and minimal design interruption.
  • Movement capability of ±50%.
  • Suitable for use in joints widths between 25–200 mm.
  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant.

461 and 471 Series (surface mount):

  • Accommodates retrofits, additions and renovations.
  • Hidden cover plate hardware.
  • Movement capability of 50–100%.
  • Suitable for use in joints widths between 75–200 mm.
  • Incorporates hidden cover plate hardware.

501 Series Pan System:

  • Designed to handle seismic movement. The pan profile provides a vertical surface of around 9 mm, which eliminates the need to bevel flooring edges.
  • Specifically designed for thermal and seismic movement conditions; the combined use of centre bars and compression spring components correctly reposition the pan after seismic movement.
  • Suitable for carpet areas where slim sightlines on larger joints are required, to minimize aesthetic disruption to floor finishes.
  • Seals are flush with the flooring, easy to clean, and prevent dirt and water traps. They also provide thermal movement and reduce facility maintenance costs by eliminating the need for backer rod and sealant systems.
  • Unlimited shear movement.
  • Can be modified to meet heavy duty loading requirements – consult manufacturer for details.
  • Movement capacity of 50–100% – consult manufacturer for details.
  • Can be used in joint widths between 50–200 mm.
  • Seals are GREENGUARD Gold certified.

502 Series "Hinged" Pan System:

  • Pan profile provides a vertical surface to abut tile against, eliminating the need to bevel flooring edges for flooring up to 10 mm (3/8”).
  • Deep pan is suitable for floor finishes with increased depths such as marble, granite, limestone and paver systems.
  • Hinged pan rides up the canted frame under seismic movement then returns to position to maintain egress routes.
  • Symmetrical reveals.
  • Narrow visual sightlines minimize aesthetic disruption.
  • Can be used with sealant that matches the adjacent floor finish to further conceal the sightline reveals.
  • Movement capacity of ±50% – consult manufacturer for details.
  • Can be used in joint widths between 50–200 mm.
  • Unlimited lateral movement.

721 Series:

  • High load bearing systems rated for vehicular traffic.
  • Engineered for pneumatic and solid tires; suitable for parking garages, warehouses, trolley access etc.
  • Fully seismic centre bar system.
  • Floor to floor and floor to wall conditions.
  • Joint width: 2–12".
  • Unlimited shear movement.

733/ 734 Series:

  • The narrow sightlines minimize the impact to interior aesthetics and reduce design interruptions.
  • Serrated surface provide a high level of slip resistance.
  • Integral micro seal eliminates noise and blocks debris and liquid from entering the system.
  • Can be used in joint widths between 25–100 mm.
  • Suitable for use in new and retrofit projects.

801 Series:

  • Designed with bevelled edges for pedestrian safety.
  • Easy to install.
  • Available with brushed and anti-slip finishes.
  • Mill finish aluminium as standard; also available in stainless steel and brass.
  • Movement capability of ±50%.
  • Can be used in joint widths between 25–200 mm.

804 Series:

  • Designed for use in interior floors.
  • Spring clip design for easy on-site installation.
  • Mill finish aluminium as standard.
  • Movement capability of 25–50%.
  • Can be used in joint widths between 25–200 mm.

806 Series:

  • Includes pre-drilled counter-sunk holes for easy installation.
  • Applicable for existing installations, additions or new constructions.
  • Anti-slip serrations.
  • Movement capability of 25–50%.
  • Can be used in joint widths between 50–200 mm.

808 Series:

  • Designed with bevelled edges and serrated plates to provide traction for pedestrian safety.
  • Includes pre-drilled, counter-sunk holes for easy installation.
  • Available in stainless steel and other custom finishes.
  • Movement capability of 25–50%.
  • Mill finish as standard.
  • Can be used in joint widths between 25–200 mm.

  • 104 Series: Retrofit applications. Tile, wood, concrete or vinyl (floor to floor and floor to wall conditions).
  • 106 Series: Renovation and surface mounted installations. Concrete, epoxy, vinyl and carpet finishes (floor to floor and floor to wall conditions).
  • J151 Series: Ceramic tile, marble, stone, vinyl tile and carpet (floor to floor and floor to wall conditions).
  • J55 Series: Ceramic tile, marble and terrazzo (floor to floor conditions).
  • 223 Series: Tile or carpet (floor to floor and floor to wall conditions).
  • 300 Series: Concrete, terrazzo, tile, VCT and carpet (floor to floor and floor to wall conditions).
  • 400 Series (430, 432, 461, 471): Carpet, vinyl, ceramic tile and other floor finishes (floor to floor and floor to wall conditions). Can be used in warehouses, stadiums and auditoriums.
  • 500 Series (501 and 502): Suitable for floor finishes with increased depth such as marble, granite, limestone and paver systems. Can be used in floor to floor and floor to wall conditions.
  • 700 Series (721, 733 and 734): Can be used in floor to floor and floor to wall conditions. Suitable for high frequency pedestrian traffic and the frequent heavy rolling loads.
  • 801 and 804 Series: Retrofit and surface mounted installations (floor to floor and floor to wall conditions).
  • 806 Series: Uneven slab conditions (floor to floor and floor to wall conditions).
  • 808 Series: Floor to floor conditions only.
