This was a permitted development of a 1970’s concrete frame office building to create 119 luxury residential apartments. The client was considering a wet underfloor heating system but was having difficulty sourcing a system with minimal height build up.
Additionally, due to the development having 13 floors, the specified products within the floor build-up had to have acoustic sound reduction properties. ThermoSphere designed a comprehensive solution introducing a dry installation with no wet trades and a build-up of only 47mm.
