Royal Shakespeare Theatre

Royal Shakespeare Theatre

Case Study
A grade II listed building, the building has several notable Art Deco features including the staircase and corridors at either side of the auditorium.
The Royal Shakespeare Company has renovated the Theatre as part of a £112.8m transformation project which saw the creation of a new 1040+ seat, a thrust stage auditorium which brings actors and audiences close together. The new theatre is also more accessible to people with disabilities and offers a more comfortable experience.

The style of their washrooms needed to emulate the features adopted from years of fashion and trends reflected in the theatres' décor.
